The Na Knížecí building is the first office building of the Smíchov City – Sever project. It is located in an exclusive corner position, forming the main frontage of the newly created space and the new urban quarter.
Smíchov City is a project that honours the principles of a traditionally growing city. It is a place where you can live, work and spend your leisure time actively. Everything is within reach. The wheelhouse of the modern Na Knížecí office building fits perfectly into this concept. It is located underground together with the garages. The wheelhouse provides a generous sheltered area where you can properly clean and “park” your machine.
And for the cyclist himself there is a changing room with showers, a changing room with mirrors, several dozen lockable lockers with benches in the adjacent area. Everything is made to Frajt’s high standard: a good-looking, functional, durable solution.
