Vanguard is PSN’s premium loft living project in Prague. The former fallout shelter has been transformed into a modern relaxation zone – wellness & fitness. The converted underground of the building includes an 18 m glass-enclosed swimming pool, sauna, gym, massage, relaxation rooms and a private cinema.
The Frajt company equipped these areas with storage boxes and lockers, which are equipped with electronic locks.
In the case of this implementation, it was necessary to break away from established production procedures or conventional standards. The trust of the investor (Michal Maniš, Vanguard Resident Manager) and the architect (Ing. arch. Martina Spurná, studio OOOOX) helped us to achieve this. They described their idea to us and left us free.
The industrial building of the Vanguard project , which is unparalleled in the Czech Republic, is a project with cutting-edge, timeless technologies and luxurious materials, as well as exemplary design with above-standard concierge services for the most demanding residents.
The Frajt van is another detail of the interior that creates the overall impression of an atypical space.
